Job summary

Edina Realty is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support sales associates by drafting and reviewing documents, tracking transaction details for compliance, and communicating with all parties involved through closing.

Hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Remote position after training; must reside in MN or WI and attend company events up to nine times per year. In-person training at 6800 France Ave S, Edina, MN. Wage: $22–$24 hourly; benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Real estate license or two years in a real estate administrative role preferred.
• Ability to obtain a real estate license if currently not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Manage active files and their supporting documentation to ensure completeness.
• Prepare and maintain files for document storage; verify that required reports and disclosures are collected.
• Draft and review documents and confirm all signatures are obtained.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, identify and resolve document issues that may delay the transaction.
• Perform data entry tasks, prepare general correspondence, and manage transaction management system.
• Monitor key deadlines to ensure timely processing and on-time closings.
• Provide and coordinate accurate and timely communication with external contacts.
• Schedule and present department materials at office sales meetings.
• Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
