Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site training for Cloud software technologies in the public safety sector.

You will tailor the customer education experience for end users and system admins, across instructor-led and virtual formats using live software environments. The role requires initiative, instructional experience, and a mix of technical background to optimize customer workflows and the user experience.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience with Motorola Solutions Customer Software (preferred)
• 3+ years of technical training experience (preferred)
• 3+ years of public safety experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience working with public safety products
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on use of complex software products and services
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Slides
• Prepare and submit required training reports on schedule
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules
• Create training materials and course documentation
• Evaluate knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
• Report to the CommandCentral Training Team Manager
