Job summary

NeoGenomics is hiring a Senior Training Program Specialist to own logistics for Commercial Education & Effectiveness training. The role plans five new-hire trainings annually, with virtual and in-person weeks, while coordinating with event teams for the GCM and Summer Session. You will manage presenters, travel, materials, and learning platforms.

This program and project management role requires ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with accurate records and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five+ years in program or project coordination, corporate meeting and event planning, training coordination, or similar role.
• Experience in diagnostic laboratory, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run logistics for approximately five new hire training classes per year (virtual + in-person).
• Schedule presenters, manage venue, travel logistics, and materials for in-person sessions.
• Oversee learning platform, SharePoint site, attendance, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with Global Commercial Meeting and Summer Session workstreams.
