Job summary

You will manage the LMS, training calendars, assets, and analytics, collaborating across HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and external partners.

The role emphasizes instructional design, vendor management, and cross-functional training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
• 2–3+ years in sales training within pharma/biotech.
• Experience launching training for specialty therapies.
• Strong understanding of pharma commercial models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing LMS and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS implementation and ongoing management of training assets.
• Oversee onboarding and coordinate field training events.
• Define training effectiveness metrics and deliver reports.
• Develop curricula for operational systems (e.g., Veeva CRM).
• Serve as primary training contact for field and stakeholders.
• Coordinate calendars and co-host training events as needed.
• Support projects and vendor management for the training team.
• Build competency to co-host/lead training sessions.
• Contribute to launch readiness activities.
