Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Manager, Commercial Training Operations to prepare field-facing teams for the successful launch and commercialization of COMP360 and future therapies. You will manage the learning management system, annual training calendar, assets, and analytics, and support operational training tools such as Veeva CRM.

The role reports to the Director of Commercial Training, collaborates with HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and external partners, and is remote on the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience contributing to or leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models including sales, medical, market access, and patient support roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors and learning platforms (e.g., LMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS implementation and ongoing management, including role-based pathways, deployment, testing, and asset maintenance.
• Own onboarding for field personnel from pre-boarding to post-event.
• Collaborate to define training effectiveness metrics and reports.
• Develop role-specific training content for systems like Veeva CRM and analytics tools.
• Be primary contact for training questions from field and internal stakeholders.
• Apply instructional design to reuse and repurpose training content.
• Assist with project and vendor management for training programs.
• Build competency to co-host and lead training events on scientific and clinical topics.
• Contribute to launch readiness and other Commercial Training activities.
