NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Program Specialist, Commercial Education & Effectiveness, to own the logistics for five new-hire training classes per year, each as a virtual week followed by a week-long in-person program, and to coordinate with the Global Commercial Meeting.

The role requires five or more years in program coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with SharePoint and LMS administration. Travel up to 25–35% will be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in program or project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with multi-day, multi-presenter meetings or trainings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run logistics for five new-hire training classes per year (virtual then in-person).
• Manage presenters, invitations, and calendar management.
• Oversee hotel, venue, travel, AV, and meals for week-long programs.
• Maintain attendance, completion, and evaluation records.
• Administer learning platform curricula and enrollments.
• Prepare post-program reports and coaching materials.
• Coordinate communication within the commercial organization about training events.
