Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a Guest Journey Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team. You will organize training sessions, explain processes, and help teammates gain confidence with new skills and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and available systems.
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training.
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content.
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities.
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources.

• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful.
