Job summary

BIOTRONIK seeks a Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation sales across locations; this role provides technical and clinical programming assistance and educates clinical staff on Biotronik NRO products. The position emphasizes developing trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospital teams.

Ideal candidates have a clinical background with 1–3 years of experience in neuromodulation or implantable devices, strong communication, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years work experience, strong preference working with patients in clinical setting.
• Ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of 1–2 Territory Managers.
• Assist Territory Managers in after hours call support and activities.
• Build trust and relationships with customers and accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Support sales process by educating staff and clinicians on Biotronik NRO products.
• Attend trade shows or conferences to discuss product developments and training.
