Job summary

BIOTRONIK Neuro seeks a Clinical Specialist to support neuromodulation sales in the Pacific Northwest. You will provide technical clinical expertise, programming assistance, and education to physicians and staff across multiple states, working closely with Territory Managers.

Responsibilities include after-hours support, building relationships with customers, and contributing to sales opportunities through clinical training and product knowledge. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in chronic pain therapies area.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is preferred.
• Ability to educate clinicians and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical and programming assistance to Territory Managers.
• Assist with after-hours call support and activities.
• Build trust and rapport with customers across accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Collaborate with sales to increase selling time.
• Educate providers about implantable devices and product use.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to discuss products.
• Identify training needs and prioritize customer education.
