Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks a full-time Trainer to plan, create, and deliver training that equips the Veteran and Family Member Program workforce to adopt new processes, software, and automations delivered under the VFMP Modernization Portfolio.

Remote work is anticipated with possible on-site requirements and occasional travel for client engagements. The role demands a self-starter with experience in training development and delivery supporting technology and process change.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience planning, creating, and delivering training via instructor-led and web-based formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience developing training materials (presentations, recordings, workbooks, and job aids) supporting new systems, software, or process rollouts.
• Experience conducting training evaluations and measuring learning outcomes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop training plans, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, recordings, and other audiovisual media.
• Deliver training events for the VA workforce via instructor-led and web-based formats.
• Analyze learning needs and translate them into training modules and remedial materials.
• Conduct training evaluations and measure transfer of learning.
• Align training with the VFMP Modernization Integrated Master Schedule and SOPs.
• Maintain trackers and support after-action reviews to assess effectiveness.
• Perform training-related administrative tasks and scheduling.
