Job summary

Artemis Connection, LLC seeks a Consultant for a 12‑month engagement. The role is remote with potential travel to Washington DC.

You will support program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to implement a Healthcare and Benefits Act initiative. Responsibilities include designing and delivering talent development programs, building leadership pipelines, and advancing workforce development in public-sector or healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience.
• IVA/VHA/VA experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee program management and delivery for healthcare-related initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Help build leadership pipelines and support culture change initiatives.
