Job summary

Aptive/Artemis seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for large-scale federal transition programs supporting service members transitioning to civilian life.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Government leadership to deliver on contractual requirements with excellence. Remote work with occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of national-scope program management experience, preferably in DoD.
• PMI/ PMP certification or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for large-scale federal transition programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in curriculum development, training operations, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Government leadership to meet contracts, schedules, and performance standards.
• Oversee staffing, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and quality-control requirements.
