Job summary

Quantum Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Training Lead to drive structured knowledge transfer for the VA Enterprise Load Balancing Solution in support of VTP. The role develops role-based instruction and practical assessments so Government SMEs can operate the platform by period end.

The Training Lead will create curricula, deliver extensive instructor-led training, and build a robust runbook and video asset library for ongoing government use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT training development and delivery.
• Experience with labs, knowledge transfer programs, and competency assessments.
• Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Knowledge Transfer Curriculum aligned with government role profiles.
• Plan and deliver instructor-led training with multiple cohorts.
• Coordinate hands-on exercises in a non-production environment.
• Maintain Runbook Library with engineers and technical writer.
• Record training sessions and manage video asset library.
• Coordinate competency assessments and quarterly reports.
