Job summary

Quantum Technology Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead contract execution and governance for the VA Enterprise Load Balancing Solution in support of VTP. The Program Manager coordinates the engineering, sustainment, training, and documentation teams and serves as the primary program liaison to the COR.

This remote role requires CONUS-based work, collaboration with VA stakeholders and OEM partners, and strong program management, governance, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated management of complex enterprise IT infrastructure programs and contract deliverables.
• Program planning, resource and risk management, executive communication, phase gate governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrated schedule, staffing, resources, risks, and deliverables across project phases.
• Develop and maintain core PM artifacts and track cost and labor performance.
• Coordinate phase gate reviews and prepare acceptance packages with the COR.
