State of Washington's Department of Corrections is hiring a Training and Information Analyst (Human Resource Consultant 2). This full-time, permanent role supports training delivery, data integrity, and LMS administration across the state's agencies using courses configuration, assignments, compliance, and documentation for online, virtual, and instructor-led programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• At least two years experience managing data in Microsoft Excel with intermediate proficiency.
• At least one year experience providing customer service and support for end users.
• At least one year experience in a learning management system.
• At least one year experience preparing and presenting information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• System Administration including building and maintaining complex activities.
• Monitor audience status and assigned/associated learning activities and maintain audience catalogs.
• Provide elevated support to training stakeholders and help desk staff; ensure up-to-date user profiles.
• Apply system tools for notifications and fulfillments and review data for issues or trends.
