Job summary

AAPC is seeking a Faculty Manager to lead the Instructor Led Training team in a remote role. You will onboard, mentor, and evaluate Faculty, orchestrate team meetings, and support scheduling and curriculum feedback to drive quality student outcomes.

You will provide SME guidance, supervise student advisement, and report on faculty performance, while fostering professional development and ensuring excellence in training delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience leading faculty or teams in an educational setting.
• Experience with adult learning and corporate training preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor Faculty.
• Conduct regular Faculty Team Meetings.
• Perform Faculty observations and give performance feedback.
• Assist Director of Education with Faculty scheduling.
