AAPC's Training Department seeks a Faculty Manager to lead a team in its Instructor Led Training department. This remote role involves onboarding and mentoring faculty, conducting team meetings, and providing performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Current and valid AAPC Certification required.
• Prior teaching experience in corporate training for adult students.
• 3+ years relatable experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience teaching online is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor faculty team members.
• Conduct Faculty Team Meetings regularly.
• Evaluate faculty performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in developing faculty schedules.
• Ensure quality advisement to students.
