Jefferson County is seeking a part-time HR Training Facilitator to deliver a range of personal and professional development courses to a diverse employee community. You will facilitate sessions in person and via virtual platforms, build trusted relationships across the organization, and support leadership development initiatives through the LEAD program.

The role combines instructional delivery with program coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability to engage diverse adult learners across topics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate existing training courses (virtual and in-person).
• Develop relationships with employees and managers to identify learning needs.
• Support LEAD program development for leadership skills and retention.
• Use Zoom, Teams, and other platforms to deliver engaging sessions.
