Job summary

ProService Hawaii is seeking a Client HR Trainer to deliver expert HR training across classroom, virtual, and on-demand formats, tailoring content to client culture and goals. This role blends instructional design, HR knowledge, client-relations management, and live facilitation—across formats ranging from intimate sessions to large-scale events.

Qualifications

• Prior facilitation experience is required.
• Formal HR credentials are a plus but not required if your experience demonstrates strong content knowledge.
• Strong organizational discipline to manage a high-volume training calendar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert HR training across formats — classroom, ballroom, webinar, podcast, on-demand, and social media.
• Tailor training content to each client’s culture, industry, and goals in collaboration with the Instructional Designer and L&D Specialist.
• Manage all training logistics including scheduling, venues, materials, and client communications to ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Travel inter-island to facilitate onsite sessions (up to 50% inter-island travel) and deliver virtual sessions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively address training needs, and track engagement in Salesforce.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting client priorities with professionalism.
