Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a degreed Training Developer/Instructor for a fully remote role. The candidate will design, develop, and deliver training programs, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, and will evaluate training outcomes.

The position requires 5 to 10 years of experience, strong instructional design skills, and proficiency with LMS tools. Collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders is essential to tailor content and maintain alignment with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or instructional design or related field.
• 5–10 years of training development and delivery experience.
• Proficiency with instructional design software and LMS.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and assessment techniques.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training materials, manuals, e-learning, videos, presentations.
• Design curricula and organize content around learning objectives.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, or webinar trainings.
• Utilize LMS for registration, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop assessments to measure training effectiveness and update materials.
