VMD Corp, now part of Xcelerate Solutions, seeks a Training Delivery Specialist to lead IT training initiatives for FAA personnel. You will develop and deliver content on MS Office 365, Teams, and GenAI tools, primarily in remote settings, with a focus on improving user proficiency.

The role requires 7–9 years of complex project leadership, strong Microsoft 365 expertise, and the ability to create multimedia content.

Formación

• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated apps.
• Ability to deliver training remotely via MS Teams or Zoom using Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Ability to create multimedia content using Camtasia or other authoring tools.
• Experience applying the ADDIE instructional design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation).
• Must possess thorough knowledge of hardware/software and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Training Development Leads to understand resources and deliver instructional content for assigned courses.
• Identify, learn, and share best practices in the M365 environment in one-on-one or remote classroom settings.
• Research solutions to student questions regarding COTS technology (MS 365 and related apps).
• Coordinate follow-up with training attendees to support them in using COTS products.
• Document training metrics and manage the training calendar.
