Job summary

Remote work options are available; candidate will create multimedia training materials and collaborate with training leads to ensure effective knowledge transfer. HDI certification within 30–60 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex projects in IT/training
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and related apps
• Ability to deliver training remotely via MS Teams/Zoom
• Create non-interactive video-based training materials
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Experience creating multimedia content with Camtasia
• Familiarity with Google Workspace helpful
• Train classes and develop on-demand job aids
• 1:1 mentoring sessions online or via phone
• Training development using ADDIE model

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional content with resource coordination.
• Learn and share best practices in the M365 environment (remote).
• Research solutions to student questions on COTS technology.
• Coordinate follow-up with attendees for ongoing support.
• Update and store training docs in Teams/SharePoint sites.
• Manage electronic training calendar and schedule classes.
• Document training metrics (attendees, surveys, classes).
• Provide second-level support and coordinate with Helpdesks.
• Develop and coordinate IT training programs for government personnel.
