GardaWorld Federal Services is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage end-to-end training logistics and course scheduling for personnel deploying on U.S. government contracts, domestically and internationally.

You will run pre-training briefings, collect registration documents, and maintain pipeline tracking from enrollment through graduation. Collaboration with HR, Travel, Recruiting, and Operations ensures candidates are prepared and onboarded to required programs worldwide.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 1 year of training coordination or related logistics experience.
• Experience with complex scheduling and documentation workflows, preferably for government contracts.
• Experience with database management, ATS/LMS platforms, and tracking pipelines using Excel.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate candidate attendance for domestic and overseas training courses.
• Conduct pre-training calls with candidates to review logistics and steps.
• Collect, verify, and track registration documentation to ensure compliance.
• Maintain real-time tracking and reporting on training pipelines and course attendance.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and HR to manage candidate volume and align seats with priorities.
• Partner with Travel and Operations to arrange lodging and logistics for training globally.
• Monitor course completion status and escalate bottlenecks or compliance issues.
