Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage end-to-end training logistics for personnel deploying on U.S. government contracts, domestically and internationally. You will run pre-training briefings, collect documents, and maintain pipeline tracking from enrollment through graduation.

Collaborating with HR, Travel, Recruiting, and Operations, you’ll ensure candidates are prepared, compliant, and onboarded into training programs worldwide. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coordinating training and documentation workflows.
• Experience with government contracts or large-scale deployments preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate attendance for domestic and overseas training courses supporting government contracts.
• Conduct pre-training calls to review expectations, logistics, and steps.
• Collect and verify registration documents to ensure compliance before course start.
• Maintain real-time tracking of training pipelines, attendance, and graduates.
• Coordinate with Recruiting and HR to manage candidate volume and align seats with priorities.
• Work with Travel and Operations to arrange lodging and logistics for global training.
• Monitor course completion and flag bottlenecks or compliance issues.
