Job summary

GardaWorld Federal Services is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage end-to-end training logistics and course scheduling for personnel deploying on U.S. government contracts, domestically and internationally.

You will run pre-training briefings, collect and verify registration documents, maintain pipeline tracking, and coordinate with HR, Travel, Recruiting, and Operations to ensure candidates are prepared, compliant, and onboarded worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year in training coordination, operational logistics, talent acquisition, or workforce administration.
• Experience handling complex scheduling and documentation workflows, preferably supporting government contracts or large-scale deployments.
• Experience with database management, ATS/LMS platforms, and tracking pipelines using Excel or reporting tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills with candidates, travel teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tight timelines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate attendance for domestic and overseas training courses supporting multiple government contract requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-training calls with candidates to review expectations, logistics, travel arrangements, and mandatory administrative steps.
• Collect, verify, and track all required candidate registration documentation to ensure full compliance prior to course start dates.
• Maintain detailed, real-time tracking and reporting on training pipelines, course attendance, dropouts, and final course graduates.
• Coordinate closely with Recruiting and HR to manage incoming candidate volume and align training seats with hiring priorities.
• Partner with Travel and Operations teams to ensure timely deployment, lodging, and logistical support for candidates attending training globally.
• Monitor course completion status and escalation potential pipeline bottlenecks or candidate compliance issues to operational leadership.
