Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Data Entry required.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong communication and professional interactions with internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates course logistics, registrations, and updates.
• Handles course material generation and shipping requests.
• Manages refunds or vouchers for cancellations as needed.
• Provides proactive course coordination support to Regional Account Team and PMO.
• Ensures timely and accurate responses to client, attendee, and instructor inquiries.
