Job summary

Abrigo seeks a Training Consultant to educate end users at community financial institutions on Financial Crimes solutions. You will deliver engaging training virtually, onsite, or hybrid, and support adoption through clear material and live sessions.

Based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote, you will drive onboarding, collaborate with product teams, and ensure training aligns with client needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training users on complex software products.
• 2+ years of banking experience, ideally in BSA/AML/CFT compliance and/or fraud.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across Abrigo's Financial Crimes applications for customer learning.
• Deliver training virtually, onsite or hybrid for multiple solutions.
• Help clients understand how software usage supports business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development to incorporate client feedback.
• Improve training materials and online learning content.
• Maintain records and support client education processes.
• Lead Abrigo-sponsored client events.
