Job summary

Abrigo is seeking a reporting-focused professional to support clients in meeting their reporting requirements using SQL, DevExpress, and BI tools. You will develop, maintain, and enhance client reports while collaborating with the Product Team to improve the reporting solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions.
• Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and organize client reports using DevExpress Reports Suite or equivalent tools.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Understand loan review, lending, credit, financial crimes, and portfolio risk management concepts.
• Gather, analyze, and document client reporting and business requirements.
• Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable reports.
• Estimate time for custom report requests and deliver on schedule.
• Serve as escalation point for client reporting questions and provide support.
• Participate in project meetings to understand data, requirements, and outcomes.
• Document work progress, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve research, reporting efficiency, and client outcomes.
