Qualifications

• Experience in legal billing.
• Ability to gain command of new systems (Aderant Expert, Star Collect).
• Plan, research, write and produce technical training materials.
• Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and integrity.
• Curriculum development and training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning programs for Client Accounting.
• Train in business applications, professional skills, and client processes.
• Test new programs and revise training materials.
• Deliver training in classroom and virtual settings.
• Track training effectiveness and manage change.
• Collaborate with managers on onboarding and mentoring of new hires.
• Train on Core systems (Aderant Expert, Star Collect).
