Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Trainer I to deliver instructor-led sessions (virtual or in-person) and support onboarding across fintech processes.

You will help update training content, assess learner progress, and provide coaching to clients, while keeping accurate records and logistics organized. The role emphasizes strong communication, quick learning, and attention to detail, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, customer service or operations in banking, or related fintech roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of fintech concepts such as digital payments, compliance basics, KYC, or customer operations.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative tasks.
• Preferred: Experience with LMS tools, e-learning platforms, or workflow systems.
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person) based on provided curriculum.
• Support senior trainers in developing and updating training content and job aids.
• Conduct basic assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to clients needing additional guidance.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with logistics such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.
• Gather learner feedback and report improvement suggestions.
