Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Trainer I to deliver instructor-led sessions and support the creation of instructional materials. The role ensures employees understand core fintech processes, tools, and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct assessments, provide coaching, and help maintain accurate training records while assisting with scheduling and logistics. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in training, customer service or operations in banking or fintech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic fintech concepts knowledge (digital payments, compliance, KYC, customer operations).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; detail-oriented with admin tasks.
• Preferred: experience with LMS tools, e‑learning platforms, or workflow systems.
• Able to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (virtual or in-person) based on provided curriculum.
• Support senior trainers in developing and updating training content and job aids.
• Conduct basic assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to clients needing additional guidance.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with logistics such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.
• Gather learner feedback and report improvement suggestions.
