Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist, Trading Expert to be the first point of contact for traders across我们的 consumer, pro and desktop platforms. This fully remote role requires strong English, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a passion for crypto.

You will diagnose trading issues, test new features, assist in QA and training materials, and clearly explain fees, margins, and P/L to clients. Collaboration with product and compliance teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a 5-star customer service experience.
• Familiar with trading platforms in digital assets.
• Knowledge of trading and charting, including leveraged trading.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to learn quickly in a changing product environment.
• Fluent in English and available for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer trading and platform questions via text and live support.
• Diagnose and resolve trading-related issues.
• Provide testing feedback for new features.
• Support team QA and training material updates.
• Explain fees, margins, and P/L to clients.
• Monitor for fraudulent activity when appropriate.
