Qualifications

• Опыт обслуживания клиентов, в т.ч. в розничной торговле, гостеприимстве или кол-центре.
• Опыт работы на цифровых активов или торговых платформах.
• Знание торговли и графиков, понимание маржинальных/фьючерсных операций.
• Хорошие математические навыки.
• Умение быстро обучаться и адаптироваться к изменениям.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Будет плюсом: крипто-обладание, Google Sheets/Script, API, знание дополнительных языков.

Responsibilities

• Ответы клиентам на вопросы по торговле, фьючерсам, продуктам и Kraken Desktop.
• Диагностика и решение проблем клиентов по торговле и платформам.
• Тестирование новых функций и предоставление обратной связи до релиза.
• Помощь в управлении командой поддержки и обновлении материалов обучения.

Описание:

Kraken is a crypto platform offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services to individual investors and institutional clients. Its products include trading applications for consumers and professional clients.

Задачи:

• Answer clients’ questions about trading, futures, consumer products, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW through text and live support channels
• Diagnose and resolve clients’ trading, futures, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW issues
• Test new trading features and provide feedback before their release to clients
• Assist in managing the Consumer, Trading, Futures, and Kraken Desktop support team, including quality assurance for other specialists and updating training materials and Confluence articles
• Provide calculation breakdowns for client questions about fees, margin levels, and profit and loss
• Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks

Требования:

• Experience in customer service, such as retail, hospitality, or a customer service center
• Experience with digital asset or other trading platforms, including advanced trading platforms
• Knowledge of trading and charting, with an understanding of leveraged trading through Futures, Margin, or preferably both
• Good math skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Fluent English
• Availability to work evenings and weekends; working hours would likely align with North America or the EU
