Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Docketing Analyst for a fully remote temporary assignment supporting a US-based law firm. The role focuses on maintaining complex trademark docket portfolios, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring accurate docketing of domestic and international matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Intellectual Property docketing experience with trademarks, TTAB familiarity, and PATTSY software expertise. US-based remote work is allowed across the country.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience focused on trademarks.
• Trademark experience is required.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark matters and TTAB proceedings.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international trademark docketing requirements and deadlines.
• Strong experience with docketing software; PATTSY experience is highly relevant to the responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and distribute correspondence from the USPTO and foreign agencies.
• Maintain trademark docket portfolios and ensure docket clearance and filing logs.
• Monitor domestic and international trademark deadlines and calendars.
• Ensure accurate docketing of documents and deadlines from USPTO and other sources.
• Maintain docket records and prepare reports as required.
• Lead docket audits and assist with data updates and matter intakes.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
