Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Docketing Analyst for a remote temporary assignment supporting our client, a U.S.-based law firm. The role focuses on maintaining complex trademark docket portfolios, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely docketing of domestic and international matters.

Candidates should have 5+ years of IP docketing experience, especially trademarks, and be proficient with PATTSY and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP docketing experience focused on trademarks.
• Experience with domestic and international trademark matters and TTAB.
• Proficiency with PATTSY docketing software and MS Office.
• Excellent proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trademark docket portfolios and ensure deadlines.
• Process correspondence from USPTO and foreign agencies.
• Audit and update docket records and logs.
• Respond to docketing questions from attorneys and staff.
• Prepare reports and maintain electronic files.
• Lead docket audits and mass data updates.
