The position supports the Intellectual Property practice and involves audits, data updates, and collaboration with attorneys and staff. The assignment is through year-end with potential extension.

Competenze

• 5+ years of IP docketing experience focusing on trademarks.
• Strong knowledge of US and international trademark deadlines.
• Experience with PATTSY docketing system.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume deadlines.

Mansioni

• Review and process correspondence from USPTO and foreign offices.
• Maintain trademark docket portfolios and filing logs.
• Monitor domestic and international trademark deadlines.
• Ensure accurate docketing of documents from USPTO and other sources.
• Prepare reports and maintain docket records.
• Manage electronic files in PATTSY and iManage integration.
• Lead docket audits and assist with data updates.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff.
