Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Trade Network Development Manager to actively source and expand a network of qualified subcontractors and material suppliers across target service areas.

You will partner with project managers and estimators to address capacity gaps and ensure timely delivery of restoration projects. The role emphasizes thorough vetting, compliance with MSAs and COIs, and ongoing performance management to maintain high quality and project timelines.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in vendor management, procurement, or trade coordination in restoration/construction.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, lien waivers, W-9s, and COI endorsements.
• Working knowledge of reconstruction trade scopes and standard production rates.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom) and CRM/ERP platforms.

• Vet candidates through structured interviews, references, and portfolio review; ensure alignment on standards and timelines.
