SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking a Trade Network Development Manager to build and manage a nationwide network of qualified restoration subcontractors and material suppliers.

You will source, vet, and contract vendors, ensure compliance, track performance, and collaborate with project teams to keep projects on time and within quality standards.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in vendor management, subcontractor procurement, or trade coordination within restoration/reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, lien waivers, W-9s, and COI endorsement requirements.
• Familiarity with reconstruction trade scopes and typical production rates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities remotely using digital tools.

Mansioni

• Actively scout, source, and attract skilled trade subcontractors and material suppliers across target service territories.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to prevent project delays due to labor shortages.
• Vet and screen vendors, verify references, review past work, and ensure alignment on standards and timelines.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and facilitate conflict resolution between field teams and trade partners.
