Job summary

Guardian Protection Services seeks a Subcontractor Manager to build and maintain a high-performing network of independent subcontractors and trade partners. You will recruit, onboard, and develop subcontractors to ensure service capacity, market coverage, and exceptional customer delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining partnerships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with licensing, insurance, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/ops
• 5+ years of subcontractor or vendor management experience
• Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing third-party service providers or trade partners
• Strong contract administration, SLAs, and compliance knowledge
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard subcontractors to support growth and regional coverage
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and manage performance discussions
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, productivity, safety, and service delivery
• Manage contracts, pricing structures, SLAs, and renewals; ensure compliance
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations to optimize costs and coverage
