Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to help ensure import operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance processes, and build scalable tools with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend.

You will work remotely from any eligible U.S. state, with periodic in-person collaboration in Lincoln for quarterly meetings and All-Hands events.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing CBP documentation, identifying discrepancies, driving corrective actions, and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections, validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and partner with Finance to recover overpayments and ensure compliance.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance on complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements while developing dashboards, automation, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and other cross-functional teams to improve customs processes, documentation, and import data integrity.
