Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure import operations are accurate and compliant. You will own import entry audits, manage PSCs, validate duties, and collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams to strengthen customs processes.

You will build scalable tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve data accuracy, reduce duty overspend, and support global trade. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-growing ecommerce environment and values flexible work

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance (CBP Form 7501, HTS, origin requirements).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with brokers and PSCs.
• Ability to develop dashboards and automation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audits, review CBP documents, identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duties, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Support HTS classification accuracy and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Analyze import data to identify risks and opportunities, and develop dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
