Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and drive efficient, accurate trade operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and brokers to reduce overspend and improve data integrity across global import processes.

You will help build scalable tools, dashboards, and automated reporting to support compliant, cost-efficient logistics and marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP processes.
• Ability to review and validate import documentation and duties.
• Proven track record with HTS classification and accuracy.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet capabilities to improve compliance.
• Collaborates across teams and with brokers to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections and monitor broker performance.
• Review HTS classifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop dashboards, automation, and reporting tools for compliance.
• Collaborate with Transport, Finance, Merchandising and brokers to improve processes.
