Job summary

Langham Logistics, Inc. seeks a Customer Service and Tracking Representative for a remote role with Indianapolis-area training at the corporate office and quarterly meetings. You will manage shipments, coordinate pickups/deliveries, and drive process improvements in real time.

Key duties include real-time escalation, email/voicemail responses, and collaboration with Operations for quality adherence. Onsite HQ training is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1–2 years in transportation/logistics.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Real time escalation to address shipments outside standard tracking.
• Real time discussion with CS and Dispatch on suspect shipments.
• Ensure shipments meet pickup/delivery expectations per requirements.
• Manage shipment information in the Transportation System Management database.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment problems.
• Respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations for process improvements.
• Enter inbound customer emails and portal entries into the system.
• Communicate time-sensitive information clearly and accurately.
• Escalate issues during transportation and inform relevant parties.
• Maintain professional interactions and adhere to Langham procedures.
• Present Langham positively to customers and internal teams.
• Handle carrier emails/portal entries and update systems accordingly.
• Attend daily Sunset meetings with Tracking supervisor; onsite training as required.
