Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking a Transportation Operations CSR in Indianapolis to manage customer shipments, ensure pickups and deliveries meet requirements, and keep shipment data current in the Transportation System Management system.

The role emphasizes proactive status updates, prompt customer communications, issue resolution, and collaboration with Dispatch to address demand shifts and capacity constraints while supporting quarterly business reviews and client onboarding.

Formación

• Demonstrated CSR experience in logistics, supply chain and/or transportation industries.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer shipments align with pick-up and delivery expectations.
• Maintain shipment data within the Transportation System Management database.
• Inform customers of any transportation issues, including delays.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns; investigate and resolve complaints.
• Aid in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews and customer site visits.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to onboard new clients and assist with special projects.
• Foster positive customer relationships to support contract renewal and potential sales.
