The CSR will handle daily communications with customers and carriers, resolve issues, and support quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3–5 years in transportation/logistics and 3–5 years in customer service or call center roles.
• Experience with 3PL transportation operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments align with pickup and delivery expectations per customer requirements.
• Maintain shipment data in the Transportation System Management database.
• Inform customers of transportation issues, including delays.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and customer site visits.
• Collaborate with Project Management to onboard new clients and support special projects.
• Foster positive customer relationships to support contract renewals and sales.
