Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read, interpret, and use forms and other visual instructions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, receive, track, and invoice product according to customer specifications.
• Interface with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Cross-train on all customers to ensure coverage during absences.
• Communicate order status via email or system to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and packing slips.
