You will orchestrate design, scoping, and governance across product, engineering, data, and customer teams, while managing risks and dependencies.

This role blends systems integration expertise with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex cross-functional technology implementations with leadership ownership.
• Deep technical depth: API specs, integration patterns, SSO/IAM, data pipelines.
• Extreme project management rigor with artifacts like milestone plans and RAID logs.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments with executive-level coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to steer meetings and deliver updates.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity; role being built as it is staffed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery plan, milestones, and execution for complex implementations.
• Design and scope integration projects with the customer across data flows and security.
• Run multi-stakeholder governance and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-team work across internal and customer teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control with clear tradeoffs.
• Develop the delivery playbook to scale with future TPMs.
