FutureFit AI is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on complex implementations across internal teams, customers, and partners. You will drive design, scoping, and execution with a focus on on-time, high-quality delivery in environments with many stakeholders.

You will manage governance, risk, and changes while building scalable delivery practices. The role emphasizes strong technical judgment, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced, impact-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read APIs, discuss integration patterns, and data flows.
• Proven system for planning, tracking, and communicating milestones.
• Experience managing customers, internal teams, and partners at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication across executive and technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping delivery in early-stage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery plan, timeline, milestones, and execution for complex implementations.
• Design and scope integration work with customers, including SSO/IAM and data flows.
• Run governance with steering committees and executive updates; keep leaders informed.
• Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success; align customers and partners.
• Identify risks and dependencies; manage change control for scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain delivery artifacts: RAID logs, decision logs, maps, and status reports.
• Build customer confidence by communicating truth about project status and tradeoffs.
• Help develop a scalable delivery playbook for FutureFit's professional services.
