Job summary

NexusOne is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive complex customer engagement programs within the Forward Engineering team. You will manage engagement timelines, customer communication, and resource coordination, ensuring that all teams execute cohesively and customers are informed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical program management, professional services operations, or enterprise project management.
• Experience managing technical delivery programs for data platform, cloud migration, or enterprise software projects.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program management for large, complex Forward Engineering customer engagements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone tracking, and risk registers.
• Lead weekly customer status meetings and prepare executive-level program reports.
