Job summary
Echo Neurotechnologies in San Francisco seeks a Sr Software TPM who blends deep technical acumen with strong leadership to drive programs across embedded devices, cloud infrastructure, and hardware. You will align multi-disciplinary teams, oversee deliverables, and engage engineers in technical discussions to solve problems and ensure reliable execution.
You will manage sprint plans, backlogs, and cross-functional workstreams, track risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders using Jira,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience running Agile/Hybrid workflows and leading sprint planning.
- Familiarity with SDLC standards and medical device software processes (IEC 62304, ISO 13485).
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, coordination, and execution of complex software and systems programs across embedded devices, cloud infrastructure, and hardware.
- Track development timelines for safety-critical systems and manage sprint plans/backlogs.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
